I’m a fat professor who lost 100 pounds and works out all the time. I’m in New Hampshire, so I’m usually the only fat black woman in the gym, and it’s a constant pain in the behind. One time a white man wanted me to teach him how to dance. I overheard someone in my Zumba class talking about her daughter having a “ghetto booty.” If I was back in Newark, New Jersey, I would not have to deal with this….
